The Application Process

Getting to know each other is the purpose of this process. The initial phase creates a holistic picture of you and your drive. You have to determine an avenue for the application, such as a partner, a collaborator, a facilitator agent, an intern, or a volunteer. While we can keep things dynamic, we look forward to learning about you.

By sending us a video, we can see you, hear you, and learn how you articulate yourself when talking about yourself. The task might be uncomfortable, even if you are used to a camera, but we would like to sample communication with you on your terms with your subject matter. We are not looking to be impressed or convinced; we are looking for authenticity, honesty, reliability, compassion, and professionalism.

We take your application seriously, and, as a team, we will provide feedback and guidance in the process. Due to our work and commitments, we will be diligent in our correspondence and communication. We look forward to reviewing your application, so let's begin!
