Getting to know each other is the purpose of this process. The initial phase creates a holistic picture of you and your drive. You have to determine an avenue for the application, such as a partner, a collaborator, a facilitator agent, an intern, or a volunteer. While we can keep things dynamic, we look forward to learning about you.

By sending us a video, we can see you, hear you, and learn how you articulate yourself when talking about yourself. The task might be uncomfortable, even if you are used to a camera, but we would like to sample communication with you on your terms with your subject matter. We are not looking to be impressed or convinced; we are looking for authenticity, honesty, reliability, compassion, and professionalism.
