Facilitation Agents
Facilitation agents aim to spread awareness of their cause and support our leadership development mission. Agents may have been former clients or good-spirited samaritans with compassion and kindness. Agents might be volunteers or a part of an internship structure, and they will be available to participate and facilitate our activities.

One particular part of facilitation agents is their ability to role play in our leadership development simulation and training experiences as passive or active subjects. They are prepared for such an engagement and may have played such a role before in different simulation scenarios for our client's development challenges.
Facilitation agents provide a unique perspective to our client's experience by sharing relatable, practical, and essential information about human relationships within a personal and professional structure with defined objectives and goals.
